- Frankie Masala/Chaat Masala
- Chilli Flakes
- Vinegar (Any Kind)/Lemon
- Mayonnaise (Any Kind)
- Cheese (Mozzarella/Processed)
- Oil (Any Kind)
- Butter
SAUCES
- Green Chutney
- Tomato Ketchup
- Chilli Sauce (Red/Green)
- Hot and Sweet Sauce
Method
Chop all the veggies finely (except potato, tomato, cilantro and pickled onion) according to choice (preferably grated) and mix them with salt, black/white pepper powder, chilli flakes, and mayonnaise to make the coleslaw.

Mix cucumber, onion, green chilli, salt, black/white pepper powder, Frankie masala/chaat masala, vinegar/lemon, and chilli flakes to make the salad.
How To Prepare The Potato Masala?
Fry onion, tomato and capsicum in oil. Then add boiled potato, Frankie masala/chaat masala, salt, black/white pepper powder and cilantro. Mix well and finish off with a squeeze of lemon juice.
How To Assemble The Wrap?
After preparing the potato masala, the salad, and the coleslaw, cut the tortilla from one end to the centre. Then place the potato masala mixture in the bottom left quadrant, followed by the coleslaw in the third top left quadrant, fill the top right quadrant with the salad mix, and put cheese in the remaining bottom right quadrant. Fold the wrap in quadrants starting from the bottom left and ending with the bottom right.
How To Serve The Wrap?
Grill/pan-fry the wrap with butter/oil until golden brown. Alternatively, you can also serve it plain. Pair it with pickled onions, green chutney and tomato ketchup/sauce you like.
