- Carrot
- Cucumber

CONDIMENTS FOR MAKING THE KIMCHI PASTE
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Onion
- Soy Sauce
- Salt
- Sugar
- Red Chilli Powder
- Imli Paste
- Cooked Rice (Any Kind)
- Pear/Kiwi/Apple/Pineapple
- Vinegar (Any Kind)/Lemon
- Oil (Any Kind)
- Red Bell Pepper
Method
Blend all the condiments to make the kimchi paste into a fine paste. Now the kimchi paste is ready.
How To Prepare The Cabbage?
Cut the cabbage into small bite-sized pieces and salt it nicely. Keep it aside for at least an hour.
How To Prepare The Veggies?
Cut the veggies except for cabbage into juliennes. Mix them with the kimchi paste and keep it covered.
How To Prepare The Kimchi?
Wash the cabbage thoroughly with water. Then mix it with the veggies and the kimchi paste. Now put this in a container and let it ferment for 2-3 days in the refrigerator. After 2-3 days, the kimchi is ready to eat.
