Baba Ganoush
Ingredients (Quantity According To Choice)
- Pita Bread

- Eggplant
- Garlic
- Cilantro
CONDIMENTS
- Salt To Taste
- Black/White Pepper Powder
- Cumin Powder
- Cayenne Pepper
- Vinegar (Any Kind)/Lemon
- Yoghurt (Optional)
- Olive Oil
SAUCES
- Tahini Sauce
Method
Firstly, roast the eggplant and then put it in a blender. Then put roasted crushed garlic, tahini sauce, salt, black/white pepper, roasted cumin powder, cayenne pepper, vinegar/lemon juice, yoghurt (optional) and cilantro. Blend it into a fine paste and splash it with olive oil.
How To Serve The Baba Ganoush?
It is ready to serve. Alternatively, chill it in the fridge for a more developed flavour. Pair it with pita bread, or you can eat it as it is.
